At Hadeland Glassverk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted glassware. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Log in to our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack Securely
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate glass pieces are well-protected with bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
